I was looking for these struts and found them and got them fast . Exactly what I needed

I was trying to convert my 58 Cadillac trunk from tension bars to gas struts so that my trunk would automatically open when I turned the key. I couldn’t seem to find any struts that were the size and pressure required to open it. I got lucky and stumbled on to you guys and lo and behold you make the size and allowed me to select the pressure I needed. Not only that but the quality was way better than the other guys I tried. Thanks for helping me get one step closer to finishing my car!

Probably the biggest selling point: the online calculator/visualizer tool! Using that tool gave me great confidence that I was actually getting what I needed! I was able to configure the exact strut I needed considering length, strength, and connectors. I paid more than I wanted to, but the product seems really solid, so in the end it will be worth it.

I wont use your service again. I used your specifier tool and my springs were too strong. when I asked for help via voice mail and email, and I begged for a brief phone call to understand how to fix the spec for weeks. late replies with no info and generic placation. thats all I got... immensely disappointed, completely disregarded. awful.

Getting the needed part was great. I looked multiple times for an installation video and/or more concise directions. That little 4 step process just wasn't enough.

Ordered a gas spring to replace a Honda SxS factory part which is on terminal back order. The selection and ordering process was simple and the gas spring was easy to install and works fine. My order was processed quickly and the product arrived in a few days.

Was working on converting a bed in an Airstream trailer. To use the space under the bed I needed high power struts. The online configurator helped got the king size bed up and down with one hand, allowing access to the usually wasted space under the bed! Easy and fast Great job

Rep told us what to order. Item arrived was not the correct part. Customer service never returned calls or emails to return. Calls placed day it was received and subsequent days after. Then received an email that it was too late to return. Contated rep. Made arrangements with owner to accept return. Item was already returned. CSR again insisted it was too late to return even though they had it and the owver was contacted. Claims they did not receive it even though I have aemails to the contrary. Still no credit. No returned emails. I have spent months trying to get this resolved to no effect.

I ordered the gas springs needed for a job. They were on back order so I canceled, then weeks after the job was completed the springs get delivered. To send them back I have to submit photos and wait for the company to respond. They do not get back to me.

I used their calculator tool, input my measurements for my lift door and then ordered what was recommended for my application. Installed everything to the measurements provided from the calculator tool and and the door lifted and worked perfectly first time.

arrived exactly as described be measurments. packaged very well and all arrived undamaged.

There is no way to talk to anyone except email. Wrong parts sent and have yet to find out what the solution is.

The on-line calculation for the gas springs is awesome and was right on point. Installed gas springs per instruction and my 120lb door opens and closes with just one finger.
