I was unsure on using the configure tool on your website, therefore, I called customer service to ask for help. The lady that answered said she could not help, but would have someone call from applications. I never received a call about my request. I placed an order and the ends you sent were wrong size for my application. I tried to contact customer service for assistance and all they would say is for me to pay to ship the parts back and order the correct. I ask to make sure I order the correct ones and ask for a break on the shipping and I can’t get an answer. Amanda with customer service sent an email through Joe that essentially says any mistakes made by the customer on the website is the customers problem. Really frustrating I can not get help to make sure I do not order the wrong product. It takes forever to get a response from customer service as well.

Easy to use tool to layout your arrangement and calculate what parts are required. Everything arrived with in a week and worked as desired.

I have several different struts that I have needed over the years that are typically Hahn from Europe. Through specialty trailer shops they can be very expensive. Gassspringsshop.com often has the exact replacement I have needed and at a reasonable price with quick delivery. Nice to just have a bolt on solution rather than trying to modify geometry or installations for another brand.

I built an A-Frame playhouse with a lift door on the slope side and wanted gas struts to help the kids open the door and for it to stay open. The online calculator helped immensely in determining the right dimensions and pressure (lbs). I was told buying struts usually requires an engineer to calculate the precise dimensions, but the calculator worked slick.

The spring calculator took worked really well.

Horrible customer service. Called and emailed several times with no return call or email to help me determine the product I needed. So ended up ordering two different ones to figure out what I needed. Then returned the others and took over a month to get it processed and refunded. Product was great, but nothing else about this company was worth using. Find someone else to use.

I added GasSprings equipment to my pool equipment Enclosure. It allows for ease of lifting the roof structure in order to access the equipment. I needed to replace a couple of gas springs that were no longer available from the manufacturer, and was pleased to find this company with customizable springs. The user interface for custom springs made for a pleasant experience finding the correct one. The reason I did not give a five star rating is that the parts I chose were shown to be in stock when I added to cart and ordered, but after waiting almost two weeks without them showing up, I contacted the company and was informed that the parts were out of stock for at least a few more weeks. So other than waiting a full month to receive my order I am pleased with the product itself.

Item was available (eventually) and shipped as soon as it came in. Fits perfectly works exactly as needed. Good price too!!! Boss is happy. I’m happy
