Using the build tool I was able to configure a strut that would work for my application. Without your company and the tools I'm not sure if I would have been able to ever get a strut that would have worked.

I have been very pleased with my Gasspringsshop.com experiences. Ordering has been easy and the fast turnaround has been great. The only thing I wish I could get is ordering by purchase order, but we don't meet the quantity level or dollar amount.

I had old ACE gas springs (30 years old) that still had some pressure in them but would not hold my canopy open in any kind of wind. Ordered a new set (2) with the specs from the previous and were installed in less than 15 minutes. Worked great!

Hopefully the layout you guys gave me and gas spring struts is what I need, I haven’t installed them yet we lost our oldest son then had cancer removed from my forehead ( could not bend over or lift anything) jus recently had surgery on her dislocated ankle and I’m her caregiver. As the incorrectly AI directed corporate algorithm "Make More Money" is accelerated for higher income benefit for sellers under the guise of "efficiency" the human interface in sales and decision making is replaced for obvious economic reasons (IE Bots do not get pensions and work 24/7 without rest.) Compartmentalization and loss of human sentient license have caused the consumer to be faced with increased load of interfacing with systems for purchase that are different at every web site, and often counterintuitive in operation. Due to these transitions from simple human interface and forced navigation by consumers at human learning pace, companies like Gas spring force compliance to a cold and difficult series of tasks to make a simple order. Thus, Gas spring shifts the burden of information gathering to the consumer rather than making ordering easy, it is more time consuming and thus LESS efficient by added time spent by consumers. I recommend giving your sales team more license to sell during a phone call.

I needed the part and ordered it and within a couple of days it was delivered. Just wished they would send a notification of when I might receive the shipment.

If you ship a gas suppression spring uncompressed, then you have defeated the purpose of using the spring. Other companies compress the spring and hold it together with metal strips or string tie wraps. You should review your shipping rules.
