Have been trying for a couple of years to find a gas ring for a film processor. Drive places like Alibaba and others. Whenever I got one, I had to send it back because it would be the wrong Newton rating. I found gas springs online and was so easy to order from them. I gave them specs on her order portal and I had my gas spring in less than a week.

GREAT WAY TO MAKE CUSTOM SPRINGS

I needed a set of gas springs for a cellar door, and the calculator selected 8/19 x 300 mm at 760 N. This is the longest unit in the 8/19 model, and near the maximum force of 800 N. Unfortunately, one of the springs buckled almost immediately upon installation. I contacted customer support, and Garrett quickly responded. After I sent photos of the installation, he offered to replace them under warranty with a set of 10/23 mm springs. The larger springs were out of stock, so it took a couple weeks for them to arrive, but the swap was quick and easy, and now everything works the way it should.

The gas springs we ordered were perfect for our project! The quality is excellent. The calculator tool made it very easy to figure out which spring and mounts to choose. And we liked the drop down menus that let chose from all the options available that we could use based on the info we entered in the calculator. We even got a email with info that showed us the placement on our piece, so we knew exactly where to put all the parts. They were easy to order and came on time. We would definitely recommend buying your gas springs from the Gas Spring Shop!

I built a base for the bed in my rv. Calculations went awesome. Order and delivery was painless and fast. Project is complete and works great!! I could not be happier. I recommend this to everyone .

I miscalculated my measurements got assistance with revised specs, ordered replacement struts and was able to return unused struts. All by email with 2 employees who understood the issues.

I had a very unique strut requirement for a camper lift top assembly. I was working with Joe from customer service. He was attentive, professional, very knowledgeable, focused on my problem and a solution. We worked though the configurator, identified a specific set of struts, that just got installed and work as expected. A side note - please update you CRM software to automatically generate and send shipping and tracking details to your customers after a purchase. Solid honest and good quality company

My hatch project involved using only 1 piston set on one side (not in center of hatch) so I wasn't exactly sure if I was correctly utilizing their really nice calculator - https://www.gasspringsshop.com/gas-spring-calculator/ .
