One suggestion...More communication. I got an order confirmation but no follow up. Suggest getting notice order has shipped and tracking info. Otherwise all is well.

FAST AND ACCURATE

I looked up the product online. I completed the required design information. I received the recommended product quote and ordered. After receiving the products i installed them and they worked perfectly.

Strut for my Pioneer 1000 UTV bed is very powerful, much stronger than OEM one. Install was 20 min.

Overall great transaction, and really like the springs I ordered. But there was no notification of shipping nor provision of a tracking number for the shipment. But when I called, they answered the phone and providing the tracking information to me. Would have been nice to receive the tracking number automatically.

The custom spring I ordered came within a very reasonable time considering no other alternatives could be found on-market. It was not damaged, and met all the correct specifications I gave in the form. I would have appreciated a little more confirmation or communication for shipping, but otherwise was a very pleasant ordering and receiving process.

Their stainless steel gas struts are amazing!

Wrong size retainer rings we're accidentally included with my order. They promptly express shipped the correct ones and included a printout of the process of the correction - from my contacting customer service to it being shipped. Took all of two days. I was pleasantly surprised Would recommend

Replacement for a worn out strut originally from a now out of business company. Couldn't find a replacement anywhere else.

I was not happy when my order arrived and was missing one part I had ordered, I emailed the company and they responded very quickly and apologized. I'm still awaiting the arrival of the part but am confident that it will arrive as promised.

Service was fine. Product was not as described. Shaft was suppose to be 5mm. It was 6. You don’t have 6mm ends listed.

We love the product, but can’t get a response to our emails. We tried to check on our order, no response. We even tried to change our order due to availability times to a higher priced item due to time to finish a job for a customer, no response. We have ordered through you several times and always satisfied with the product, just need to take care and communicate with your customers better

Website calculator works really well. Took lots of guesswork out of the equation. Customer service was also great. They answered my questions quickly and even guided me to another product that they don’t produce themselves (didn’t wind up using the suggested product, but it was still very helpful).

Didn't have exactly what i was looking for but enough options that i was able to find something that worked.

Overall pleased with the calculation and purchase process. However, I did need to move the lower mounts after discovering the cylinders BOTTOMED OUT when I attempted to close the lid on my box. I QUADRUPLE CHECKED all the measurements according to my instructions, but still needed to slightly alter the lower mount position and now all is good. Thank you.

I bought the wrong gas springs and want to return but buy the right ones but they haven't replied to either of my emails. If i don't hear from them soon I will not be doing business with them in the future.

This supposed OEM direct replacement is not. It has almost no damping when opening or expanding causing the door to SLAM upwards when opening and damaging the hinge on the toolbox door. I can’t believe this junk was $50.
