I feel as tho Any emails that I sent were not read and understood. I asked to be contacted by phone, and no effort was made to do so. I had sent a spring to you to be matched for length and all i was told is I will receive a refund.

ordered a gas spring for a mini excavator and was simple to find and order

Because of my inexperience with gas struts,I asked for some guidance and it took almost 3 days for a response.During that time ,I became impatient,ordered what I thought was correct.It wasn't,didn.t work and one strut broke.I will be more patient next time and lower my expectations for a timely response.

Easy to use website. I have boighft several.over the yewrs and the product configurator page always dispels the mystery around what to purchase. Produce arrives fast and always in good condition.

I have called, emailed and called again multiple times. No return call or email regarding an order that we have been waiting on for awhile.

The on line option made it simple especially when you can view past orders.

Will not reply to calls or return notifications

Needed replacements for my RTT and they were delivered fast and work like a dream, ready to get the camping season started.

Wrong product. Called, left message to call back but never received a call. No way to return. Do not recommend.

Very impressed with the calculator on the web site. Order included all the parts I needed. Didn't take long to get the spring.

No one answers phone. The product failed in a very short time. I am sending back to see if they will warranty it.

Ordered and paid for an order march 15. Tried to call to inquire when it would ship. 2 email responses that were worded so poorly , it left me in limbo not knowing the status of my order . Called both customer service number and parent company phone numbers, which only went to unanswered voicemail. Several follow up emails I sent were unanswered. I will cancel the order today at noon with my credit card company if I haven’t received an answer. THIS WAS POSSIBLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Strut is functioning perfectly on my RV awning. After some difficulty with communication, the company issued me a refund for an erroneous duplicate charge. I am happy and satisfied with the performance of the strut and that I received a correct refund.. I will order from them again if necessary

Sent several emails to customer service with no response. The calculator doesn’t work and is a misleading tool. This company apparently just a seller and doesn’t care whether their product performs.

Excellent online tooling. Everything was packaged and shipped well. Hydraulics look well made and operate as expected.

HI, I looked all over online for a gas piston to replace the 25-year-old one that aged out for my attic hatch cover. I finally found that gassprintsshop.com had the part.
